What this block contains
Squares, triangles, diamonds, circles, and other shapes used in diagrams and proof notation. The range U+25A0–U+25FF groups related encoded characters, but membership in the same Unicode block does not guarantee that two glyphs share a mathematical meaning, font design, or input method.

Copy an example as text, then verify its code point and accessible name in the destination. Do not identify a character only by appearance: font fallback can make different code points look almost identical.
Notes
- A geometric glyph can represent an operator, a marker, or a literal shape depending on context.
Publishing checklist
- Preserve the original Unicode code point instead of converting the glyph to an image.
- Use LaTeX or MathML when the character belongs to a structured expression.
- Test the chosen font, copy-and-paste result, search behavior, and screen-reader pronunciation.
